NHS Smokefree – Mobile App
The Smokefree app can help you stop smoking by providing daily support and motivation. If you stay smokefree for the 4-week programme you’re up to five times more likely to stay quit for good.
The app is free to use and has been designed to help people track their own recovery journeys and achieve their personal goals. The app has been developed with people at different stages of recovery and is based on their ideas and feedback.

This app provides self-help techniques to help manage overall anxiety. If you’re looking for holistic snapshot of your anxiety and how to cope with it, this may be the app for you.
