Helen Johnson – Female
RGN RM Bsc (Hons) Healthcare PracticeHelen has been a practice nurse at Benhill and Belmont since 2001, having worked previously as a midwife for many years, both in hospital and in the community. Before that she worked in intensive care and surgical nursing. She enjoys all aspects of general practice nursing but is particularly interested in the management of long term conditions, such as diabetes, COPD and asthma. She qualified as an independent nurse prescriber in 2014. Helen is married, has two grown up children and lives locally.
Jennie Morrison – Female
RGN RM Bsc (Hons) Healthcare PracticeJennie qualified as a Registered Nurse from Kingston University in 2009 and went straight into Practice Nursing. She has worked in the local area since qualifying but moved to Benhill and Belmont in 2021. Jennie has a special interest in the management of long term conditions such as diabetes, asthma and COPD; she has recently completed the Non-Medical Prescribing course at St Georges University. Jennie also has an interest in the education and development of all staff, and works as the clinical lead for Sutton Training Hub.

Independent Nurse Prescriber (V300), Advanced Nurse PractitionerI am a Nurse Practitioner at Benhill and Belmont and I have been at the surgery first as a Practice Nurse for ten years then I did my advanced practice nursing degree to become a Nurse Practitioner which I have been doing for the last eight years; I am also a nurse prescriber. I work alongside both the GPs and Nurses as my role is with both areas of primary care. I have a special interest in Asthma and COPD.

Jackie qualified as a Nurse Associate in October 2022 from Kingston University, whilst working with Benhill & Belmont from 2015. Prior to her Nurse Associate role, Jackie was a Healthcare Assistant for 4 years, completing many courses including immunisation training and mandatory phlebotomy training. Jackie is married, has 2 children and lives locally.
